Abstract (EN)

The study was carried out as a result of a face-to-face survey made to the employees of Ankara Youth and Sports Directorate in order to measure the anger control levels on people who are in active business life. By using Trait Anger and Anger Expression Scale and Tolerance Scale; Data were collected with a sample of 100 people, 25 female and 75 male. As a result of the T test, Anova tests and Pearson test to measure the relationship, it was concluded that people who do sports generally have higher anger control levels. In addition, it is among the results that married people have a higher level of tolerating their anger than single people.
