Abstract (EN)

In this study, total 300 samples as 100 raw milk samples and 200 white cheese samples are investigated with Elisa Method. The first 100 raw milk samples are collected from milkman working in the streets of the Ankara?s neighbourhoods and counties and investigated according to Brucella Ig G pozitive with ELISA method. According to test results, 16% of 100 samples is determined as positive.The other 200 white cheese samples are collected from different county?s bazaars. 50 of them are collected from ırnak, 50 of them are collected from Van and last 100 of them are collected from Ankara and investigated again according to Brucella Ig G pozitive with ELISA method . According to the results, no positive Brucella Ig G anticores are determined. Also, in this study life time of bacterias in Kefir is investigated. According to this study?s results, Brucella melitensis 16M and Brucella abortus 544 A bacteries exists with different bacteria intensities in the Kefir at the first 0-24 hours but after 24 hours, they can not be reproduced.
