Determination of Ankara clay compression index

In this study; it is tried to specify empirical relation for regression index ofAnkara clay and validity of empirical relations for Ankara clay, suggested bysome researcher?s (Terzaghi&Peck,Azzous, Hough, Nishida, Özdikmen,Skempton, Kenet, Lav&Ansal, Sarıgül(Şaşmaz)), was discussed. Parallelresearches on the field study and experimental study, done at GaziUniversity Technical Education Faculty Structure Education DepartmentGround Mechanic Laboratory, were used to define regression index ofAnkara clay.
