Abstract (EN)
In this study, the usability of the website of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) was analysed in comparison with the websites of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Berlin) and London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) using expert heuristic evaluation method. For the comparison, the pages common to the websites were identified and the combination of the heuristic criteria determined by Nielsen and Tognazzini were applied and evaluated by three experts. As a data collection tool, forms related to the determined criteria were used. Quantitative data were obtained by scoring in line with the answers given to the questions. In addition, qualitative data were collected through the evaluation and comments of the experts in the feedback forms given to the experts. As a result of the study, the strengths and weaknesses of the websites of the chambers of commerce were determined and suggestions were presented to make the ATO website suitable for usability criteria.
