Abstract (EN)
51 genera and 180 taxa belonging to these genera have been identified as a result of examining 560 samples belonging to Apiaceae family found in the Herbarium of Ankara University Faculty of Pharmacy. 34 of these taxa are endemic. The first three genera containing the most number of species among the identified plants are as follows: Bupleurum L., Pimpinella L., Prangos Lindl.. The distribution of the identified species according to different phytogeographical regions are as below: Irano - Turanian element 39 (22%), Mediterranean element 29 (16%), Euro - Siberian element 10 (6%). 2 species are new records in their area of collection and one species is in culture form for Apiaceae family.
