Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University Esenboğa Campus map applications

Within the scope of this project, a map application of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Esenboğa Campus will be designed. The map application will be interactive and web-based. The buildings and centers on the campus will be displayed on the map using the Google Maps API application development interface. In this context, A, B and C blocks in Esenboğa campus will be located on the map. Academic units in A, B and C Blocks, project centers, administrative rooms, faculty dining hall, student cafeteria, student canteens, student health center, rector's office, student affairs department, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences ( Department of Nursing, Department of Child Development, Department of Language and Speech Therapy, Department of Social Service, Department of Audiology, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Department of Health Management), Faculty of Business, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Aviation and Architecture , Institute of Health Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences), Department of Information Technologies, Department of Strategy Development, Department of Health, Culture and Sports, Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Directorate of Construction and Technical Affairs, Department of Library and Documentation, Student Football Field, Tennis Court, Student Dormitories and Social Facilities, Restaurants and other units , places will be placed on the map. Detailed descriptions of the venues and locations placed on the campus will be entered and information about the units will be shared. Images and videos will be added. The map will then be placed on Google Maps. JavaScript programming language will be used for the map interface. This map will provide useful functional features for current students, prospective students, faculty members, all university staff. The map will be able to provide concrete contributions to our university in terms of creating an adaptable basis for other campuses of the university. This map is a campus information system and will be related to geographical information systems. As the Social Pinning Project, the general features of the map will be presented, the development stages will be discussed, and recommendations will be made for other universities and institutions in the context of the specific system features of this pinning project. On the theoretical framework of the project, the university information systems (campus information systems) general scope and types of information possible contributions of administrative and academic affairs of the systems, and Turkey will be studied examples from around the world information system, detailed information about those systems and audio will be shared. The evaluations brought to the systems will be shared. Campus mapping applications of other universities abroad will be included. In addition, analyzes will be made about the student and academic automation system of Ankara Yildir Beyazıt University, MEK-SIS system, Bologna Information system, AVESIS Information System, Academic Incentive ATOSIS system, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), the introduction of the system will be explained. How these information systems contribute to the functioning of the university will be explained. Solution proposals for the improvement of systems will be presented. How the development of science and technology affects the development of information systems will be handled and discussed. A title on gamification of information systems will be opened. In this section, how the gamification of information systems contributes to functioning will be discussed. In addition, the contributions of campus mapping applications to students and staff will be discussed.
