Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this research is to analyse the mediator role of burnout through anxiety and life satisfaction. In addition, relationships between anxiety, life satisfaction and burnout and how these variables differ according to demographic characateristics of research sample were examined. The population of the research consists of 384 university students enrolled in Beykent University. The research data are collected with convenience sampling method. 'Personal Information Form', 'Beck Anxiety Scale', 'Burnout Scale Short Version' and 'Life Satisfaction Scale' were used. Relational Survey Model and Mediation Model were used in the study. Independent Sample t Test, Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis and Sobel test were used to analyse research data. The results of the study indicated that there is a meaningful relationsip between anxiety, burnout and life satisfaction. Besides, research findings show that anxiety effects both burnout and life satisfaction and burnout effect only life satisfaction. Also, it was found that burnout complately mediated the relationship between anxiety and life satisfaction.
