Abstract (EN)
At the present time, the resources which are in the Internet environment have a non-dinamic structure that consists data and different computer systems have a very hard way to use and share this resources/Web documents effectively. However, representing the data in a well-defined meaning provide reading the data in a semantic level, giving a meaning to it, processing it, reusing it and sharing it by different systems in order to inferencing. But, current computer systems process the data only in a syntax level. Semantik Web approach icreases the Internet?s efficiency, the data?s reusability and sharability thereby the data has a more powerful represantation. With the Semantic Web logic, the people give the ability of understanding, inferencing and solving problems by returning effective results to the machines. Herewith, non-static, text-aware, semnatic systems will be come up. The knowledge is explained in a standardized structure thus it is possible to entegrate the different location datas and give them interoperability characteristic. In this thesis, Semantic Web Application Development for Library Questioning, Semantic Web concepts and it?s future, presenting data with Semantic Web language, processing ontology, ontology development environments and tools, inference on ontologies and questioning concepts were examined and developed. In this application, the user is able to view the results with entering the questioninig criterias of the related books.
