Abstract (EN)
This study is a study that looks at the relationship between the mothers' attachment styles and psychological resilience and the self-perception of preschool children. The groups of the study consist of a total of 157 children, 82 girls and 75 boys, between the ages of 5-6 who receive education in independent kindergartens and kindergartens affiliated to primary school in Hatay province and their adult mothers. Adult Psychological Resilience Scale, Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory and Purdue Self-Concept Scale for Preschool Children were used as data collection tools in the study. The data in the study were analyzed with regression analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test techniques. According to the findings regarding the analysis of the results obtained from the research; There is a significant, low level and positive relationship between psychological resilience and the general dimension of Self-Concept for Purdue Preschool Children. There are significant, low level and negative relationships between Self-Concept for Purdue Preschool Children and the general dimension of attachment styles (Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory Scale). In addition, there are significant, moderate level and negative relationships between psychological resilience and the general dimension of attachment styles (Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory Scale). According to the findings of the regression analysis of the research, the perceptions of psychological resilience and attachment style (experiences in close expressions inventory) of the mothers significantly predict their self-perceptions in preschool.
