The application of rules concerning joint stock companies to private companies limited by shares

In our study, firstly the order of the application of commercial provisions has been established in detail. After that, the historical development and the legal structure of the private company is examined under the title of "fundaments of private company". In the third part of our thesis, the differences between private companies and joint stock companies are examined in detail. In the last part of our thesis, after the provisions of joint stock companies to be applied to private companies are established, it will be examined whether these provisions are harmonious with the legal character of private companies.
