Abstract (EN)
The right of pledge is a limited real right that gives the creditor the power to liquidate the pledged assets or to claim the amount of money received by their liquidations before anyone else if the secured claim is not executed in full. In this context, the creditor "reserves" the share of a joint stock company for the secured claims as a pledge is established over the share of a joint stock company. If the debtor does not execute their debt at all or as is due, the creditor can liquidate the pledged share while setting aside other rights established after the pledge.
