International arbitration of intra-corporate disputes in joint stock corporations

The thesis concentrates on legal issues regarding the arbitration of intra-corporate disputes. In this essay, arbitration of intra-corporate disputes exclusively means, resolution of disputes arising from the internal functioning of the company between different corporate actors by way of arbitration, based on an arbitration agreement in the corporate documents. The thesis will analyse the international character of intra-corporate disputes, advantages and disadvantages of the arbitration of intra-corporate disputes, as well as the arbitrability of such disputes and the features of the arbitration clause relating to them, and finally recent developments on the matter.
