Food away from home demand at antalya city center

viABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to investigate the structure of familys? food consumption and food awayfrom home consumption in Antalya which is one of the most significant touristic cities of Turkeyand has a high consumption potential.For this reason, a survey conducted to 407 random selected households in the center pfAntalya. The data obtained from the survey analysed with SPSS 11.0 statistical program. Factorand probit analyses used as statistical method. The conclusion of the analyses compared withother similar studies and this comparasion give us to see the food away from home consumptionpattern in Antalya.
