Abstract (EN)
With the effect of developing technology and changing living conditions in the world, people have started to search for new market areas. The "health tourism" that emerged as a result of these searches has become an important position in the world. As a result of the researches the field of health tourism, which leaves 10 times more foreign currency to the country compared to touristic trips, has started to come to the fore in Turkey in recent years. Along with health tourism, tourist's health processes should be managed within the framework of the rules. The covid-19 virus has affected our country as well as other countries in the field of health tourism. Covid-19 was seen in one person in Turkey in March 2020, after that life; education, social activities, working life and all other areas have come to a standstill. With the closure of borders, tourism activities in many countries stopped, and health tourism, which is a sub-branch of tourism, was also affected together with all its sub-branches. Antalya, which is among the leading cities in Turkey's health tourism branch, is among the cities most affected by the covid-19 process. Looking at the last years, the year that tourists visited the city the least was 2020.
