Abstract (EN)
In this study, Ag/TiO2,Ag-Ca/TiO2,Ag-Ca-Sb(%1)/TiO2,Ag-Ca-Sb(%2)/TiO2,Ag-Ca-Sb(%3)/TiO2 based five catalysts were produced by using impregnation method. The catalysts produced in lab were tested in HC-SCR test system.Ethanol was used as a reductant in this study.Chemical and structural properties of the used catalyst were examined by SEM, BET and XRD analysis. In HC-SCR system, the experiments were actualized in different temperatures range from 170 ºC to 270 ºC.The space velocity was constant at 30000 h-1 in all tests. Each catalysts were tested different engine load incluiding 1 kW,3 kW and 5 kW. The tests were done by using 2 cylinders, V-type,water cooled diesel engine with constant speed (3000 rev/m).The rezistances which have 1 kW power were used for adjusting engine load. After tests, the effects of produced catalysts on NOx conversion rate in SCR system were determined. As a result, maximum NOx conversion rate was measured %95,88 in Ag-Ca-Sb(%3)/TiO2catalyst,5 kW load, at 270 ºC, 30000h-1 space velocity.
