Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to analyze the analgesic and antiinflamatory effect of Antipyrine/6-Subsititue-3(2H)-Pyridazinone derivates. In this study, hybrid derivates of Antipyrine /6-Substituted-3-(2H)-Piridazinon were synthesized in The Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry of the Pharmacy Faculty of Gazi University with the given the code names as Nİ29, Nİ31, Nİ33, Nİ41, SNB140, SNB144, SNB146, SNB 152, SNB154, SNB158 and SNB160. The hybrid derivatives were screened by their antinociceptive and antiinflammatory activities in the department of Pharmacology laboratories. In this study, certain 12 compounds of Antipyrine/6-subsititue-3(2H)-pyridazinone hybrid derivatives were screened by terms of antinociceptive activities with writhing algesia model induced by p-BQ in light-dark syncronized Swiss albino mices. The same substance groups were also assayed for their antiinflamatory activities in mice paw edema model which was induced with CG.The results showed that in the writhing model SNB144, SNB146, SNB140, Nİ33, SNB156, Nİ31 and SNB154 derivates exhibited potent antinociceptive activities when compared with ASA and anti-inflammatory activities of SNB144, SNB152, SNB146, Nİ29 and Nİ41 derivates possessed similar activity as of INDO, SNB144 has also shown more potent antiinflammatory effect than indometazin.
