Factors affecting the relationship between coach athletes

This research includes 173 male wrestlers in free and greco-romen style and 59 female wrestlers in free style, who have attended ?Senior Turkey Wrestling Championship? during 2009-2010 season. The main purpose of this study is determining of male and female wrestlers? relationships with their trainers comperatively according to personal variables.At first, data related to our research subject were collected systematically by searching literature. Thus, a theoretical outline could be comprised. Then to reach our research?s goal, Likert-type coach-sportman relationship scale (which is composed of 22 matters) applied to Turkisch wrestlers by the researcher. Before the analysing of data, the validity and reliability of that scale were tested, and the scale came down to 3 sub-extents by factor analysis.In the statistical analysis of data obtained from this research, T-Test, uni-directional Variance Analysis Test and to determine the differences between groups the Tukey Test applied according to 3 sub-extents.In the consequence of Statistical analysis, same differences in support of sportwomen according to sexuality in relation to consonant performance with intimacy and feeling of trust factors in coach-sportsman relationships were determined.Aswell, same differences were determined for sportsman according to their styles and weight categories. Also, for sportswomen same meaningful differences are observed in accordance with their weight categories.
