Özet (EN)

Appendectomy planned operation , as atandart ASAI-II, without contraindications for spinal anesthesia,the operation to be accepted, not as perforated appendicitis,abdominal ultrasound percent in favor of appendicitis,aged 18-40 ,randomyl selected men and women is planned on 50 cases. Before spinal anesthesia following the prehidration with 500 ml hydroxyethyl starch,10 ml/kg the saline solution;3 cc(15mg) of isobaric levobupivacaine %0,5 or 4 cc (20mg) of isobaric levobupivacaine %0,5 was applied to the spinal space of patients.Patients with features of motor and sensory block were compared in terms of effects on hemodynamic parameters, surgical and patient comfort and side effects.Similiar to the hemodynamic effect of the groups,with the patient and surgeon satisfaction were found.There was no difference between groups in terms of sensory and motor block characteristics.İn coonclusion, it was concluded that fewer doses, effective,safe and comfortable anesthesia provided by using 3cc (15mg) %0,5 levobupivacaine at the applicationsof spinal anesthesia with appendicitis surgery.
