Abstract (EN)
Today, the working conditions of R&D centers are getting harder day by day with the development of technology. With the development of R&D centers, the number of R&D centers is gradually increasing. Along with this, the concept of competition among companies has emerged and the employees who are the source of the business have become important. R&D employees who want to be successful in business life try to get themselves accepted to the organization in line with their career goals, and this causes excessive workload in the R&D employees of organizations. For these reasons, pressure is created on the employees due to excessive workload and their loyalty to their organizations decreases. The excessive workload frequently encountered in our country in recent years has negatively affected the health and psychology of R&D employees and the effects of this have been reflected negatively on the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between excessive workload, organizational commitment and transformational leadership in R&D employees. In the study, KMO & Bartlett sphericity test, explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed on the scales, respectively. At the same time, recommendations were made to R&D employees, managers, organizations and the academic community. Key Words: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Transformational Leadership
