Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is extend the TOPSIS method based on interval-valued fuzzy set in decision analysis. In the first part, the history of fuzzy logic, application areas, fuzzy set, fuzzy numbers and their operations are defined. In the second part, decision making theory, decision making process and models are explained. Then, multi-criteria decision-making, Interval-valued fuzzy TOPSIS method step by step are explained. In the last part, Interval - Valued Fuzzy TOPSIS method has been used to evaluate investment opportunities. After that implementation results and recommendations related to the project was given.
