Abstract (EN)

The Quran is a miraculous book which has unique literary features. And, scholars have analyzed it in terms of language and rhetoric since its appearance. They have been in an endeavor in order to uncover the hidden meanings of it. On the basis of the fact that understanding the Quran depends upon grasping the rhetorical wits in it, we have studied the subject of construct of demand (talebi inşa) that belongs to the parts of rhetorical science. Furthermore, we have dealt with the metaphorical processing forms of ayah of the surah such as "Nisâ", "Mâide", and "Enâm" that were not studied before in terms of genre of "order", "negation", "question", "wish", and "exclamation" that consist of the construction requiring demand (talebi inşa). Our study consists of an introduction and four parts. In introduction, we have mentioned the historical process and sources of science of rhetoric along with studies and the movement related to it in addition to the parts of rhetoric which are meanings "meani", explanation "beyan", and "bedi'". In the first part, we briefly mentioned the subject of indicative "haber" and the construction without demand "inşâ-i gayri talebî" (construction that does not require demand). Moreover, we have elaborated on the genre of "order", "negation", "question", "wish", and "exclamation" that include inşâ-i talebî (the construction requiring demand) in addition to metaphorical meanings of these genres. In other parts, we have examined the elements of "talebî inşâ" that takes place in surah "Nisâ", "Mâide", and "Enâm" respectively along with samples of ayah. Our aim in this study is to contribute to these types of studies, by filling a gap and to serve as a model for upcoming studies in this field. When the given studies are examined, we have noticed that they heavily carry the rhetorical features in addition to the fact that we have determined that the genre of "order", "negation", "wish", "exclamation" and especially "question" have frequently been used when we examine in terms of talebi inşa. Key Words: The Quran, Rhetoric, Talebî İnşâ (the construction requiring demand", Sureah of Nisâ, Mâide, and Enâm
