Özet (EN)

In our thesis, starting from what the conditional and cezm prepositions used in the Arabic language are, what kind of meanings they add to the sentence will be discussed. The prepositions of condition and cezm, which are examples in the Qur'an, are used in various tasks in the verses they are mentioned. In our study, we will focus on the similar and different aspects of conditional and cezm prepositions and their functions in the Arabic language. We will examine how prepositions are used by giving examples from the Qur'an. Our thesis consists of an introduction, three main chapters and conclusions. In the introductory part, we gave information about the works in which the conditional and cezm prepositions take place, and we gave the works related to the subject. In the first part, after focusing on what the word condition means, we gave information about the conditional prepositions. Afterwards, we discussed the conditional prepositions by talking about the condition and answer sentence. In the last part, after giving information about what the word cezm means, we tried to explain its features by giving the prepositions of cezm. In our second part, we discussed the differences and similarities between the cezm prepositions and the conditional prepositions. And finally, in the third part, we tried to analyze the verses in the Qur'an in which the prepositions of condition and cezm are used, in terms of i'rab.
