Comparing the determinatives in Arabic and Turkish depending on the contrastive analysis

This study consisting of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In this study,determinative in Arabic and Turkish are compared depending on the strong version of contrastive analysis. In Introduction Part, the importance, the aim, the spoce of the study, and also the historical development of the linquistics, Arabic grammar and contrastive analysis are mentioned. Chapter one involves the Turkish determinatives and examples of the determinatives. Chapter two involves the Arabic determinatives and examples of the determinatives. And in the last chapter, determinative in Arabic and Turkish are compared depending on the strong version of contrastive analysis. In conclusion part, similarities and differences between the two languages are listed. In addition to this, possible diffuculties for Turkish native speakers, while learning Arabic determinatives, are handled and some solutions are offered to overcome them.
