Recently, after the widespread of Arabic education, a lot of search has beendone between Arabic and world languages in the level of sound, morphology and syntax through contrastive analysis. A very little study has been prepared between Arabic and Turkish through contrastive analysis so Turkish could not take its enough shares. Because lots of studies in Arabic language has been done in the area of phonology, literature and balaga. The prepared study purposes to satisfy a blank in this area. The thesis contains the contrastive analusis between question prepositions in Turkish as mother language and question prepositions in Arabic as target language. We named it as ?Question prepositions in Arabic and Turkish - Contrastive Analysis- ? . The mentioned thesis consists of three chapters:In the first chapter, we dealt with question prepositions in Arabic. In the second chapter we dealt with question preposition in Turkish. In the third chapter we made an analysis between these two languages. From the point of view of the comprehensive of the subject, the third chapter was not classified according to Turkish classification but according to Arabic classification. Working in respect of strong view of contrastive analysis, the similar and different aspects of these two languages have been dealt with. In the end of the study the difficulties that Turkish students will be come across while learning these prepositions have been researched.As a result with putting the prepositions of two languages into search, the similar and different aspects have been established. While indicating the difficulties that occur because of these differences, some suggestions for the solution of them have been mentioned.
