Abstract (EN)
The land consolidation project in our country generally made in the strict sense and generally implemented as "correcting the geometric shape of the parcels, combining the parcels belonging to the enterprise and developing in-field technical infrastructure". In this thesis, in sense of "considering the ecological structure and ecosystems in the conditions of Turkey and considering non-registration areas under state provision and disposal are brought to the public, 'flood protection project of Murat River' that carried out by DSİ and 'land consolidation project of Ballıbostan, Kumlugeçit, Eskiharman, Yoncalı and Bezirhane neighborhoods of Ağrı province' are evaluation together" it has been demonstrated that multi-purpose projects can be produced. To protect the ecological balance of the project site, by controlling the floods in the Murat River and by establishing ecological corridors in the region, the protection, feeding, transition areas and resting of plant and animal species will be ensured. With the implementation of a land consolidation project under this perspective, rural development will be supported by ensuring maximum efficiency and multipurpose use of rural settlements and agricultural areas.
