Abstract (EN)
In this study, the land consolidation study in the Üçhüyük District of Çumra District of Konya province was examined and economic analyzes of the consolidation studies were conducted. During the analysis, both the farmers were surveyed and the project was examined on the project site. The data used in the project belong the year 2016 and 2017. Survey studies conducted with farmers and information on the project site were examined in the study. In the light of this information, especially the economic gains before and after the consolidation was examined in terms of business and public profits. After the consolidation, the annual profit has been found 1.395.671 TL. In addition, in order to determine the effects of consolidation studies on the enterprises, 3 groups seperated according to size of enterprises were analyzed according to gross production value, gross output, operating costs, net output and net profit criteria and it was found that bigger enterprises made bigger profits than consolidation studies. Analyzes were made comparison with previous years' work. The economic gains achieved after land consolidation projects are very important for both agriculture and country economies. It is very important to assimilate the economic benefits of land consolidation projects in terms of increasing the number of land consolidation projects and ensuring widespread deployment throughout the country.
