A proposal method for the evaluation of archaelogical sites through exhibition methods

Archaeological heritage sites strengthen the connection between past and future which transfer of past civilization's form of life; socio-economic situation and architectural potential. The sustainable conservation decisions of archaeological areas are the main necessity for transfer to future. At the same time the studies about archaelogical heritage sites, carries great importance according to their comprehensibility from the society. In this context, the exhibition methods, the management plans, which had developed by the specialists, the team and the consultants, and interdisciplinary studies had enhanced. The exhibition methods and presentation are taken shape according the the potentials, needs and possibilities of each areas. The main aim of this study is to discuss the effects of these various methods on archaeological heriatage sites and the society. In accordance with this purpose the scope of thesis, the exhibition and presentation methods in archeological sites are studied in the two main title as static and dynamic. Several examples which are important cultural heritage for the city or negron lucated in Turkey and including various presentation technics have been selected. The effects, advantages and problems of presentation technics on these examples were discussed and many suggestions were improved.
