The life, works and fiqh views of Albanian fiqh scholar Vehbi Süleyman Ghavizhi

Our research topic consists of the life, works and fiqh views of Vehbi Süleyman Gavoçi, one of the leading Albanian fiqh scholars with many original works in both Albanian and Arabic. Our aim is to introduce the life, works, and works in the field of fiqh of Wahbi Suleiman Gavoci, who together with Shu'ayb al-Arnaut, Abdulkadir al-Arnaut and Nasiruddin al-Elbani, is one of the foremost scholars of Albanian scholars, and to present his fiqh views to the gain of those who deal with the science of fiqh. Wahbi Suleiman Gavochi is a walud scholar who has written about 60 original works, including in Arabic and Albanian, including on the subjects of worship, worship and morality. However, although we briefly introduce all of his works here, it is not possible to go into detail for each work, which is actually the purpose of our study. In terms of determining the scope and limits of our study, our main topic is the most important views on fiqh in terms of Vehbi Süleyman Gavoci's contributions to the science of fiqh. In our study, qualitative research method was preferred. As a means of data collection, source scanning, text readings and document review were used. First, information about the life of Vehbi Süleyman Gavoci was searched from the sources. In this direction, both the writings about him and the interviews he gave were examined. Written texts and sources that are directly or indirectly related to the subject were also consulted. The works he wrote and especially his works related to fiqh were examined, and the sources of all the findings we obtained during the study phase were shown in the bibliography section. As a result of the research, we identified the most important fiqh views of Vehbi Gavochi and tried to put forward the ideas and thoughts he defended with excerpts from his own books.
