Abstract (EN)

With globalization, education has acquired an international value. With the rapid changes in the field of science and technology, countries have increased their relations by exchanging culture, value, trade and education. Today, education systems are under constant pressure to adapt to the changing needs of society and economy. The localization of education systems has led to an increase in the number and variety of partners with new roles and responsibilities. At the same time, it has been noticed that many countries in the world are influenced by the education of many other countries. It has been observed that when a country encounters a problem in its education system or when it is desired to reform the education system, it has been observed that different countries benefit from their experiences by examining the methods they use to solve their own educational problems. As education stakeholders are informed more than ever about education and student success, schools are guiding them to provide the best possible education and meet student needs. This research is an educational study aiming to identify similarities and differences between the two systems by comparatively examining Albania's and Turkey's Early Childhood Education Systems in terms of some variables. This research aimed to compare the aims and principles of early childhood education systems, organizational structure, management system, teacher training policies, education model, preparation of programs, education financing, and education policies in Albania and Turkey. In this research, by accessing legal and current data, Albanian Early Childhood Education System will be examined in terms of some variables in comparison with the Turkish Early Childhood Education System and the similar and different aspects of the two education systems will be determined. In this study, descriptive survey model has been used. By accessing legal and up-to-date data through literature review, data has been collected from books, theses, articles, journals, and official written sources. By analyzing the data collected through the document analysis technique, it has been possible to identify the similarities and differences between the two systems and make suggestions that can be a solution to the questions encountered.
