Abstract (EN)

Today, with advances in technology, the combined use of different materials need has arisen. Combining the two different alloy steel welded joints is the most appropriate method. After the welding process, the characteristics of the source, has revealed important questions to be different from the properties of the combined steel. The use of fusion welding methods in various welding methods, this problem is exacerbated. The formation of internal stresses at the macro level there is no clear method of error sources during the fusion welding process and cooling is an important disadvantage of this method, which reduces the strength of the source. Joining this reason, materials of different compositions to a melting absence of the event or be limited, much less resources free from defects have been used, and solid state welding methods since it has minimal internal stresses after welding. In this study, with widespread use on the market with AISI 4340 steel smelting most widely used treatment for its class AISI 2205 duplex is coupled by friction welding of stainless steel at different speeds. The resulting structure of these welded joints was evaluated metallographic formed in the intersection, drawing and aimed mechanical behavior with mechanical tests, such as notch impact test. In the first section this study, it was made introduction to the subject. In the second section, the place and importance in the literature of the actual study were mentioned. In the third section, general information about stainless steel were given. In the fourth section, general information about tempering steel were given. In the fifth section, general information about fusion welding methods were given.In the sixth section, general information about solid-state welding methods were given. In the seventh section, general information about destructive and non-destructive inspection method were given. In the eighth section, the information about experimental study were given. In the ninth section, the information about experimental study and evaluation were given. In the tenth section, the information about results, discusses and suggestions.
