Thematic review of her poems Âşık Mehmet Oktay Erkanî`s

The tradition of minstrelsy, hasting the societes cultural vawes and reflected of the culture to the future. In the literature of minstrelsy, through the ages, countless musical instrument poets have grown up and they carry the life of ancient society from past to now with their own attributions. The main thing which create the tradition of minstrelsy are societies. Minstrelsy is the most important practieon person in this sitvation. Minstrelsy, shows his/her art with musical enstrument and traditional melody where he/she proised the beauty, emphasized the suffering in a dramatic way, telling the neroic story with enthusiasm and his/her own sayings abouth societies issves, or his/her mosters sayings. This tradition, which is continuing today, feeded from geography and society, ın his/her every single word, he corries the every points of his geography. Because geography, has an important rose in emergence of socities lifestyle. In this study, giving information about tradition of Çıldır minstrelsy which contorns deep sing in tradition of minstrelsy and representatives of this tradition, Çıldırlı minstrel Mehmet Oktay Erkanî's works have been compiled.
