Abstract (EN)
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the rapidly developing technology and intelligent systems have taken place in every sector. Especially in the last 10 years, smart phones have a huge share in personal use. Intelligent systems have been included in almost every sector, including personal use. For example, in the agricultural sector, watering is done with smart dripping systems and maximum irrigation efficiency is obtained. The energy sector is trying to make maximum use of clean energy thanks to the panels changing direction according to the sun's position. In the automotive sector, such activities as stripe tracking, adaptive speed control are aimed at protecting human comfort and health. Due to the geopolitical situation of our country, the defense industry is developing rapidly. Product development and modifications have been made in air, land and marine vehicles and in the last 10 years serious knowledge has been accumulated in this country. When these situations are taken into consideration, entaggeration is inevitable as intelligent systems can be used directly by military personnel. This thesis is also a cyber-physical system. The system created is a cyber-physical system. This system, which is developing especially today, is used in the fields of health, energy, transportation, aviation - air traffic control, automation systems and robotics. Cyber-physical systems are intelligent systems; means that the processors and sensors receive feedback in human interaction. They can be implemented in real time and security can be used in critical applications. Companies that are currently using these systems; Boeing, General Motors, Rockwell Collins, MIT. In the work done, a system was established to provide interactive communication between the screens, the check box and other components placed on the wrists of nine military personnel. The cyber-physical system that is created is planned to be interpreted by interpretation of system data and to prevent the existing problems. The study provides written, audio and visual communication between the staff. With the developed web interface, this interactive communication can include a central base and the staff can have the ability to know the position, health information and tasks on it. The work has been completed as a fast-wearing, modular cyber-physical system to provide MIL-810G standards.
