The economical relation between United States and European Union is one of the most important measures for International Economics. Structural reforms in the United States and European Union goes in the same direction but eventually European Union is delayed comparing to United States. This delay is due to an different approach of market, having its seeds in a different perception of social and cultural aspects of economy in Europe. So it may be useful to compare the law and juridical systems as well as their regulatory institutions for discovering similarities, differences and the processes of harmonization which might end up as an unique international competition law.
