Abstract (EN)
In the study, the study of the biotransformation of different chalcone compounds showed that chalcone hydrogenations occur with different yields. A of the compound (E)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one (1). as a result of incubation with glaucus 200914 mold, 3-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-phenylpropane-1-one was obtained at a rate of 89%. A of the compound (E)-3-(4-bromophenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one(2). as a result of incubation with glaucus 200914 mold, 3-(4-bromophenyl)-1-phenylpropane-1-one (5) was obtained at a rate of 40%. A of the compound (E)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one (3). as a result of incubation with glaucus 200914 mold, the reduced product, 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-phenylpropane-1-one (6), was obtained by 43%, while some of the starting material remained unchanged.
