Power struggle in Asia and Pakistan

Throughout the history, the Middle East has been the area of conflict of various countries of interest groups. However, it is being observed that this area of conflict is shifting to Asian continent especially to Middle and South Asia. Besides the natural gas and oil reserves, the important influence of Russia, and China and India that are called expanding giants being located in this region and USA taking its place in the region after Afghan war requires the review of importance of this region?s staregically status. In this study Pakistan Islamic Republic that is the only Müslim nuclear Power of the world that has been squeezed between of big countries has been taken into consideration. The improvments before and after September 11 has been evaluated by reviewing its historical period, foundation, preference in domestic policy and communal structure. The relations between Pakistan?s current conditions and geopolitical location has been studied and the reason of importance of this region has been tried to be brought up.
