Abstract (EN)
35 male Pistol shooters have participated in this study. The subjects are divided into two groups as; 15 people in control group and 20 people in subject group. The average of the subject group?s age is 24.75+6.72, and the average of the control group?s age is 21.13 + 5.23. Subject group has gone through a period of technical tactics training of 6 days and 2 hours a week as well as 8 weeks? special physical training. On the other hand, the control group has only participated in technical tactics training of 6 days and two hours a week. Before and after the special physical training, height and body weight, body mass index, the height of the shooting arm, the percentage of body fat, strenght of leg and handgrip, the Squat jump, Active jump heights, wingate anaerobic power values, biodex balance scores, have been tested in terms of 60-90-120-150 degrees / second abduction and adduction isokinetics strenght values of the shooting arm and slow pistol shooting and rapidpistol shooting and total pistol shooting scores. As a result of the tests, for the first measures, the control group and the subject group show a significant difference of p<0.05 only in terms of strenght of legs. When the second measures are compared, the values of strength of legs, index of power drop, 90abavrpower (w), 90abavrpowertq (N-M), 90addpt (N-M), 90addavrpower (w), 90addavrpowertq (N-M), 120abpq (N-M), 120addpt (N-M), 120addavrpower (w), 120addavrpowertq (N-M), 1150abpq (N-M), 150addpt (N-M), 150addavrpower (w) and150addavrpowertq (N-M) show a significant difference at the level of p<0.001. The values of 90abpt (N-M), 120abavrpower (w), 120abavrpowertq (N-M), 150abavrpower (w) and 150abavrpowertq (N-M) show a significant difference at the level of p<0,05.Before and after the special training of the subject group, grip strenght, leg strenght, heights of AS and SS, wingate average strenght, balance scores, 60?90?120?150 degrees/second isokinetics strenght shooting values show a significant difference at the level of p <0.001.Before and after the special training, the following values of control group; grip strenght, leg strenght, AS (p>0.05), height of SS, wingate average strenght, index of power drop, balance scores of antpost and medial lateral index, 60-90-120-150 degrees / second isokinetşc strenght score values show a significant difference at the level of p <0.001.As a result of the test, it is found that the 8 week training of subject group has developed the motor features statistically in a significant way and this has affect on shooting scores.
