Abstract (EN)

In the present study, the effects of high temperature on mechanical and physical characteristics in concrete samples reinforced with aluminum sawdust to replace aggregate have been analyzed. For this purpose, %0.50 and %1.00 of waste aluminum sawdust were added to concrete samples with 0.40, 0.50 and 0.60 of S/C ratio to replace aggregate and obtained samples were exposed to temperature of 400, 500 and 600 degrees. Compressive strength, tensile splitting strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity and porosity tests have been performed on concrete samples before and after high temperature. Decreases have been observed in compressive strength and tensile splitting strength based on reinforced with aluminum sawdust. It has been observed in all samples with waste aluminum sawdust that ultrasonic pulse velocity values decreased while porosity values increased. The most important increases were observed in samples with 0.40 of S / C ratio. By increasing the temperature to 500 oC and 600 oC, it has been seen the decreases in compressive strength and tensile splitting strength.
