Abstract (EN)
Society needs fossil resources for both fuels and basic raw materials, and these resources are getting depleted with each passing year due to the increasing population. On the other hand, the increase in the automotive sector is accompanied by environmental problems such as waste tire disposal; It has created a serious problem especially in developed countries. Storage, environmentally friendly storage and transportation of waste tires cause great material damage. Studies are carried out on this subject in many parts of the world. The subject of pyrolysis and gasification processes is important because it allows the disposal of waste tires and the obtaining of products that can be used in energy recovery. High amounts of pyrolytic oil, carbon black and stell are obtained with the recycling of end of life tires in our country. Both waste minimization and contribution to the national economy will be provided with a solution to be put forward for the recycling of end of life tires. After the iron, etc. materials in the tires were separated, they were divided into small pieces and pyrolyzed in an inert gas environment at high temperature, and pyrolytic oil, carbon black and gas were obtained. It is aimed to increase the product quality by adding different brands of sediment crusher and 2EHN coming from different countries into the obtained pyrolytic oil.
