Abstract (EN)
In this study, Glucose Oxidase production was investigated with aspergillus Niger in solid state medium by using waste material. Sugarcane molasses as carbohydrates, tea waste as a solid support material, the egg shell as a source of calcium carbonate were used. The optimum conditions for production of Glucose Oxidase (time, the affect of MnO2 and O2) were investigated. Maximum enzyme production was obtained at 96 hours. Extracellular enzyme activity and specific activity were found 10.6 units / mL and 10.2 units / mg protein, respectively. Enzyme activity was 1.57-fold increased by using MnO2. When air (flow rate 16 mL/s) passed through production medium, enzyme activity was 1.64-fold increased according to the control.Key Words : Glucose oxidase, Aspergillus niger, Waste materials,
