Özet (EN)
In this thesis study, five seeds of Triticum aestivum cv. Kobra plants were sown in plastic viols and grown in climate cabinet. Ready potting soil containing thermal power plant fly ash at different concentrations (0, 0, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000) was used as filling material. It was regularly irrigated with synthetic wastewater in domestic wastewater rates in equal amounts. A group of plants without ash was irrigated with tap water. Experiments were carried out in four repetitions and at the end of the 21 days, the root-stem length of the seedlings, germination percentages, seedling viability indexes, Gmax values, Lag time values, tolerance indices, root-stem biomass values, chlorophyll pigment analysis, total protein content, catalase antioxidant enzyme activity. and the antioxidant enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase was measured. The pH, moisture, and calcium carbonate determinations were made in the sown and unplanted soil. As a result of the studies, a statistically significant difference was recorded in the groups containing 1000 mg/kg, 1500 mg/kg, and 2000 mg/kg ash compared to the control group in line with the measured values between the experimental groups. It was found that Triticum aestivum cv. Kobra plants can be grown with 2000 mg/kg fly ash.
