Abstract (EN)
Wastes are all kinds of substances that start to emerge with the production process, continue until the consumption phase and continue to be consumed after consumption, for the environment and human health. Due to industrialization and rapid growth of the world population, the waste problem is one of the major problems in the world. Waste disposal methods are discussed and new waste disposal technologies, methods and techniques are being developed. The most important and first step in the disposal of waste begins at the source by separation. The most common wastes are metal, glass, plastic, paper and organic waste. The process of separating these wastes at the source and returning them to the economy as an economic value has been given to the licensed enterprises in the regulation issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in 2005, and this situation has caused the individuals and their families to live in waste collection. In the first part of this study, the concept of waste, its management and disposal are explained in detail. In the second part of the study, the collection of wastes and their conversion to economic value has been examined and examined comparatively. In the third and last part of the study, new regulations on packaging waste; sociological analysis of the benefits and harms of these regulations to the public and society. Within the framework of the relevant regulation, it was tried to be evaluated from the sociological point of view, by whom the waste collection works would be more accurate.
