Özet (EN)
The purpose of this in vitro study was to determine the effects of silver zeolite incorporated Fuji IX and ChemFlex which are developed for ART technique, on bond strength, GIC-dentin bonded interface and microleakage in primary teeth. Fuji IX+silver zeolite and ChemFlex+silver zeolite were prepared by adding silver zeolite to glass component of GIC to a total weight/weight ratio of 0,2%. Micro-shear bond strengths were tested, GIC-dentin bonded interface were evaluated by SEM and microleakage were evaluated by dye diffusion technique and stereomicroscope. Fuji IX showed higher micro-shear bond strength values compared with the other groups. There was a significant difference between the other groups (p<0,05). The lowest micro-shear bond strength values were found in ChemFlex+silver zeolite group. For all groups, the GIC shows intimate adaptation to the surface of the dentin. Specimens treated with Fuji IX showed microleakage value of 1, however all the specimens in ChemFlex and ChemFlex+silver zeolite groups showed microleakage at the occlusal margin. Only one specimen in Fuji FX group showed microleakage value of 2 at gingival margin. There was a significant difference between the groups, both occlusally and gingivally (p<0,05).
