Abstract (EN)
Artemia species, which are used as the most important live feed for marine and aquarium fish, are also affected by changes in the environment. In recent years, theuse of the Artemia salina as an aquatic organism for there solution of ecotoxicological problems has become widespread. This study aimed to determine the toxic effects of Atrazine on Artemia nauplius larvae. No behavioral abnormality, abnormality and death were observed during the experiment in the control group. Toxic effects and abnormalities on Artemia Nauplius larvae were observed at high concentrations of Atrazine. After 24 hours a concentration of 5x10-4 M Atrazine found a lethaleffect in thelarvae of Artemia nauplius larvae. At low concentrations of atrazine, skeletal disorders in the larval have begun to be observed.
