?Ferghana Valley, as a new regional security problem in eurasia (From the aspects of ethnic conflicts and terrorism)

By this research which has been prepared obeying all of the scientific ethic rules we havel basically emphasized the place of the Ferghana Valley about the security of Eurasia, and tried to find out the conflict product potential of the Valley. By searching the facts trigger the conflict culture in the Valley which is shared by Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzistan and Tajikistan administrativily, geographically and demographically, the role of the local and international actors involving the Valley has been evaluated. By taking in the account the parameters which effects the stragegies of these actors, the probable policies which they will pursue hereafter have been foreseen. After determining the situation, the tasks which should be done by local and international actors in order to eliminate the conflict probabilties in the Fergana Valley which bears conflict potential that threatens the stability and security of both Eurasia and the whole world, have been emphasized.At the first part of the thesis, we tried to express the basic parameters which help us to introduce Ferghana Valley. At the second part of the study, informations about the local and international actors who are/will be effective about the future of Ferghana Valley and its close environment have been given. At the third part, by taking in the consideration of the informations expressed in the former parts, the great picture has been put forth and the liabilities of the local and international actors to prevent the probable conflicts in Ferghana Valley at the future, have been mentioned. By searching the structural facts which became complex and trigger the conflict culture in the Valley, has been analyzed one by one, and tried to be put forth from all aspects.Key Words:1.
