Adjudication process at European Court of Justice

This study which states the Adjudication Process at European Court of Justice is a consist of three parts. At the first part, the characteristics, properties and sources of the Court Law have been mentioned to make the concepts comprehensible which are to be met throughout the thesis. Then, the information about the establishing, devolopment and personnel of Court Of Justice which is the main judical body of European Union have been given. The judges, advocate generals, rapporteur judges and Presedent of the Court serve at the Court. Court can be gathered either in general board and law chambers form.At the second part adjudication process of the Court has been discussed. The authority of the Court which has been limmited by the Court Agreements and its jurisprudences, the observed satages of the suits and subjects regarding to the methods. Adjudicating is to be realised by summary judgement after documental, verbal and preparation stages. The other issues regarding to the adjudicating which are expert investigations, working language, legal financial aid, represantation of the parts, intervention to the suit and judicial aid have been explained by stating the application methods to the Court, and its terms in detail.At the third and last part of the study it has been processed that the The Court Of First Instance which has been established in the presence of Court, to meet the increased workload of Court in 1987. The establishing reasons, form, devolopment, working system and duties of Court Of First Instance have been mentioned and the aplication forms before European Court Of Justice against to dijudications of Court Of First Instance.Because of our application to be a member of European Union, the adjudicating process must be well studied before Court Of Justice which is the implementer of the Court Law.
