Abstract (EN)
The European Union Law?s influence and possible effects in the future on Turkish Administrative Law are analyzed in a historical context.The developments in France, considered as a sample for ?Turkish Admnistrative Structure? and ?Turkish Administrative Law? are also assessed. The outcome of the French Revolution is emphasized. The improvements during the EU process are also taken into consideration.Within the framework of Administration and Administartive Law, changes in globalising world and in the European Union are focused on. Emerging results or possible results stemmed from those changes has also been analyzed.The structure of the Turkish Administration and Turkish Administrative Law is studied. The impacts of the developments in the world and also in the European Union on Turkey are amphasized. The effects and possible effects of the progress in the world and also in the European Union on nation-satate structure, understanding of governing and Administrative Law are analyzed.At the end, an assesment is made concerning the influence or possible effects of the process in European Union and European Union Law on the structure of Turkish Administration and particularlly on the Turkish Administrative Law.Key Words: European Union, European Union Law, Globalism, Administration, Good Admnistration, Administrative Structure, Administrative Law.
