Abstract (EN)
Within the context of this thesis, the legislation process of intellectual property rights by EU Law of Directives and Turkey?s position during this adaptation process are studied. In introductory chapter, concepts and importance of intellectual property rights are enlightened. In the first chapter, nature of the intellectual property rights and where those rights stand before Turkish Law are analysed. In the second chapter, arrangements relating to intellectual property rights at EU and position of Turkey about those arrangements and also all the legal changes happened in TurkishLaw in order to adaptation process of being a member of EU are considered comparatively.
