Mutual cooperation on criminal works in European Union

But in the state, the regime elicits a free atmosphere which is grounding the laws all along, is contestable. To the effect that, the laws that aren?t allowed any free agency can be able to apply in the state which is concerned. Because of this, there is a need of managerial system which will apply the laws in accordance with the citizen?s freedoms.In my opinion, the installation consideration of The European Union, has been acted with same logic. Despite The European Union?s basics have formed with The European Communities in Maastricht Act , alongside the communities, there is a second pillar ?Comman Foreign and Security Policy? and a third pillar ?Cooperation In The Fields of Justice and Home Affairs? had been added and The European Union which is established onto the three pillars had been built. The third pillar has been named ?Police and Judicial Cooperation In The Criminal Matters Agencies? with Amsterdam Act.In teh first section of our study, before all else the judicial position of the third pillar of The European Union is going to assess, in the second section the conception of freedom, security and justice area are going to be mentioned. In the last section, as a part of third pillar, there is going to acquaint about The Europol, The Eurojust, The Office of The European Prosecutor, The Eurpean Judicial Estimation Network and The European Procept of Landing a Criminal below the title of Police and Judicial Cooperation In Criminal Matters Agencies.
