Abstract (EN)

The concept of entrepreneurship is defined many times before, in the time it has been changed and it occurs as follows; entrepreneurship is defined as to converting inputs into outputs in order to make profit and to benefit from the opportunities. An entrepreneurial event can be defined as the fact that one or several persons recognize a commercial opportunity in relation to the surroundings, acquire and organize the necessary resources, and coordinate the activities required for exploiting the opportunity commercially. Today the word for entrepreneur is used for a business owner or a person who establishes a new business by observing opportunities and takes risks. Entrepreneurs are the people who take risk, aim profit, use the inputs in order to create goods or services or ideas. There is a lot of importance of entrepreneurship. One of the most important one is to create employment. It is known that it increases the prosperity level of the society by its chain effect. For this reason there should be new enterprises and the number of the new enterprises should be increased all over the country. Having many benefits, entrepreneurship is used not only by men but also by women. The women who owns an enterprise, produces goods or services or ideas is known as women entrepreneurs. According to this thesis women in Turkey need educational support. By supporting them they would be more successful. Thus their success on work life affects the society prosperity.
