Abstract (EN)
This study includes the Middle East Policy of EU and adaptation process of Turkey to this policy after its candidacy period to the EU and the conversion of Turkish Foreign Policy in this course. The examination of the changes occurring in the foreign policies of EU members and in those of the EU candidates is described as Europeanism. In this thesis, the Europeanism of Turkish foreign policy, in particular Middle East, is presentedGiving special attention to the development of the EU, in order to determine whether the Union procures a mutual foreign policy it has been focused on the Israel-Palestinian conflict an Iraque?s occupancy, and from those points forward it has been attempted to analyze the political foreign policy approachh of EU to the Middle East.As a summary; with regards to the regional policies that are in effect in strategic level, the compromise/adaptation of the ongoing position of the EU with Turkey is one of the most difficult areas of the integration period. When Middle East is concerned the strategic differences which carry potential conflict between EU and Turkey include elements that can go back to as far as Cold War period
